Please note that you should not reformat your notebook PC with the recovery CDs that come with the notebook PC because it does not contain the necessary software that NYP has installed. You have to do their own backup as there is no recovery partition created for Acer notebooks. If your Acer notebook needs recloning, you will need to go to Acer Service Centre. Please call the service centre (Acer Hotline: 1800-895-6311) to check for the location.

For Fujitsu Support

Please note that you may log in for a service call for the once a week servicing at NYP at this url (www.asiapac.com.sg/servicevan/ ) before you bring in the notebook for Fujitsu service on Thursdays from 1.30pm to 4pm (for the first year warranty only). The Fujitsu engineer will be stationed at room A.111.
