Procedure to allow viewing and downloading from NYP CMS website after Windows XP SP2 is installed.

1. Double click on the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop to launch.

2. Click on “Tools”, select “Internet Options”.

3. Click on “Privacy” tab, and then click “Settings”.

4. Type “*.nyp.edu.sg” into “Address of Website to allow:” and then click “Add”.

5. You will see the “*.nyp.edu.sg” entry in the “Allowed sites” window. Click “Close”. With this, Internet Explorer will allow pop-ups from all NYP websites.

6. Click on “Security” tab, Click on the “Internet” icon, Click “Custom Level”.

7. The “Security Settings” window will open. Browse downwards to the “Downloads” section. Select “Enable” for “Automatic prompting for the downloads”. Click “OK”. With this, you will be prompted to save the file whenever you clicked on a file download link.

8. A security warning window will pop-up, Click “Yes” and then click “OK” to finish.

9. Now, you should be able to browse and download from the NYP CMS website.
